PREPARATION
(note: This isn't an exact science so don't hold us to it)

Microwave: No need to thaw.  Take them out of the packaging and place on microwave safe plate.  Place 1-2 tsp water on the plate with the meatballs.  Heat on high.  Cooking time: 1 meatball = 1:30 minutes, 2 = 2:30 minutes, 3 = 3:30 minutes and so on.  To brown meatballs, after microwaving spray a frying pan with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.  Brown meatballs on stove over high heat for 5 minutes turning frequently.  Serve and prepare to receive accolades.

Stovetop: (in sauce) Still no need to thaw.  Take out of packaging and place in saucepan with your favorite sauce.  Simmer for 25 minutes or until heated through.  Serve to your most discriminating guests.

Oven: ...and you still don’t need to thaw.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Remove meatballs from packaging and place on a baking sheet.  Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.  To brown meatballs, after baking spray a frying pan with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.  Brown meatballs on stove over high heat for 5 minutes turning frequently.  Serve with conviction.
